Latisha M. Skinner

Latisha M. Skinner is the visionary founder of Etiquette and Protocol for Generational Leaders (EPGLeaders). With roots in Mississippi and Illinois, Latisha is a highly respected etiquette and protocol expert. As the Founder, Owner, and Certified Etiquette Consultant, she leads a distinguished coaching and training company specializing in enhancing professional and personal conduct.

A graduate of the American School of Protocol® (a division of Personal Best, Incorporated), Latisha brings nearly a decade of experience working with a diverse range of professionals, children, and teens. Through her expertise, she helps individuals master social norms, cultural sensitivity, and both traditional and modern etiquette. Her efforts also led to the creation of
EPGLeaders Special Occasion Coordinating Services, which offers event planning expertise within the company.

Latisha's passion for etiquette began in her first year of college when she participated in an etiquette course as a member of the royal court. This experience, combined with the lessons instilled by her parents, shaped her focus on the importance of good manners and dining etiquette—skills that have played a pivotal role in fostering meaningful relationships and achieving success across industries.

In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Latisha has built a successful career in the sciences and technology. With degrees and advanced certifications from esteemed institutions, she has spent almost two decades contributing to the natural sciences and corporate America. She currently serves as a Scientist for the State of Mississippi. Latisha’s extensive travels have deepened her appreciation for fine dining, cooking, gardening, sports, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Beyond her professional work, Latisha is a dedicated philanthropist, advocating for communities impacted by food insecurity and environmental health challenges. She actively serves on boards that promote women’s advancement, education, and community impact. Latisha also founded The Ae Structure, a charitable organization inspired by her late grandmothers and niece (Lela Mae Brown, Effie Mae Skinner, and Ariana Miyae Farley). Through The Ae Structure, she hosts The Succulent Brunch, an empowering networking event designed to help women thrive.

Latisha invites you to explore a program tailored to your individual or organizational needs and aspirations.
